The Second Round:
The round begins with three cards being dealt, face up, in the middle of the table. The player who placed the big blind again initiates betting. Play proceeds in the clockwise manner. All bets and raises must be within the betting limits of the room.
The Third Round:
A fourth card is dealt face up on the table. This is called The Turn. All bets and raises hereon must be equal to the high limit of the stake.
The Fourth Round:
The final card is dealt face up. The betting structure followed here must be the same as in the previous round. This round is referred to as The River.
